Hi all, hope things are going well, it is now Summer, and the heat is on! I plan on staying active and making my goal by October! What is your goal or goals? I have so many resources at my disposal, local rec center where I can take a walk on the track and use the elliptical machine, I have numerous home workout videos to pop in at any time. And I like to take a walk outside when the weather is nice (before the heat of the day sets in)…. So no excuses, this is what I am striving for..Can I help you? What are your struggles? Just Focus!
