Hello! Today is May 6, 2013

I have been at my heaviest, 148 pounds, and have gotten to 126 pounds, but the goal is to have a healthy body and use a maintenance program that I have been working on since August 2010.  The issue is I am human!  I am now at 142 pds again, emotional eating and all, took its toll!  So now it is May 2013, and I am back to focusing on what I need to do to get back to my fighting weight, so to speak.  It was August 7, 2010, that I started my meal replacement and fitness routine. It was a great experience and I had lost 9 pounds at the beginning! Then I did really well and got to 126 pds (my ultimate goal is 120).. It was a great motivator for me now I know I will get back to my goal weight…
